What is Fotofacturas?
Fotofacturas is a service that automatically invoices your expense receipts. Just take a photo of the receipt and we handle everything. With our service you won't waste time juggling multiple invoicing portals, calling merchants, or manually writing emails asking them to invoice your receipt.
How long until I get my invoice?
Usually within 24 hours. We have both automated and manual processes, but we always prioritize getting you a solution on time.
How many receipts can I request per month?
It depends on your plan. We offer plans of up to 100 receipts per month. Need more receipts? Message us on WhatsApp at +52 55 2261 3142.
Which merchants can I invoice?
We recover invoices for receipts from any Mexican merchant: gas stations, restaurants, retail stores and any type of business that issues a receipt or ticket.
Why should I use Fotofacturas?
For every $1,000 MXN you forget to invoice, you end up losing $300 MXN in ISR and $160 MXN in IVA. Fotofacturas pays for itself with what you save by invoicing all your expense receipts, avoiding losses from forgotten or misplaced receipts.
How many RFCs can I invoice with?
It depends on the plan you choose. The Starter plan lets you invoice with a single RFC. The Pro and Scale plans let you invoice with 2 and 3 RFCs respectively.
Can I invoice from WhatsApp?
