02

We recover the invoice

Our system finds the merchant's billing portal and issues your CFDI with the right tax data. If a merchant resists, our team insists for you.

You get the XML and PDF, valid with the SAT, organized and ready for your accountant or your spend platform.

Frequently asked questions

What is a CFDI and why does it matter?
The CFDI is Mexico's official electronic invoice, required by the tax authority (SAT) to deduct any expense. A simple purchase receipt is not enough: without the CFDI you lose the VAT credit and the deduction.
How is this different from an expense app?
Expense apps organize what you already have. Fotofacturas gets what you're missing: it turns purchase receipts into valid CFDI invoices, recovered directly from each merchant.
Which merchants does it work with?
Thousands of merchants across Mexico: gas stations, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tolls, hardware stores and more. Our recovery success rate is 95%.
Is there a plan for companies?
Yes. One account for the whole team, expenses centralized by RFC, central administration and consolidated billing. Book a demo and we'll walk you through it.
Is the app in English?
The app and the full site are in Spanish, built for operations in Mexico. This page is a summary for international readers; the product works the same regardless of who manages it.
