Fotofacturas is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, the Privacy Notice Guidelines, and the applicable regulations and provisions on personal-data protection (the "Law").

For what purposes will we use your personal data?

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes that give rise to, and are considered necessary for, the existence, maintenance and fulfillment of the legal relationship with Fotofacturas:

To create a username and password to access the Site;
Authentication on the Fotofacturas website https://fotofacturas.com/ (the "Site");
To generate invoices for the receipts uploaded by the user to the Site through images or photographs (the "Service");
To store in internal databases the invoices generated by the User through the Site in the formats required by the User;
To allow the User to access the generated invoices so they can be managed through the Site and the Site's mobile app for the purposes required by the User;
To allow the User to store, download, view, forward or delete the invoices generated through the Site and the Site's mobile app;
To send notifications and reports about your invoices;
To verify and analyze your Personal Data in order to protect at all times the existing legal relationship between Fotofacturas and you;
To carry out the internal procedures necessary for providing the Service;
To follow up when, upon registering, you request to be part of an email distribution list;
To comply with internal administrative procedures;
To store and process personal data through the internal means that Fotofacturas deems appropriate, including cloud-computing services, applications and infrastructure, in order to provide the Service;
Internal administrative use;
Internal statistical use;
Analysis of the use of our Site;
To improve the features and content of our Site;
To provide technical assistance if required;
To respond to requests, questions or comments made by the User;
Communications about new Site features;
To promote specialized credit and/or financing in favor of the User (the "Complementary Services");
To send information and news about Fotofacturas; and

What personal data will we use for these purposes?

Depending on the feature you use, we may collect one or more of the following pieces of personal data:

Full name;
Email address;
Federal Taxpayer Registry ("RFC");
Legal name (corporate or individual);
Tax address;
Tax phone number;
In some cases, financial data such as debit or credit card number, billing addresses and any other financial information necessary for you to purchase the Services offered on the Site.
Password for using the Site.

Financial or asset-related data

It is important to note that the financial data mentioned above, including the RFC and tax address, is only collected in order to provide you with the Service and/or Complementary Services. Therefore, Fotofacturas obtains financial or asset-related data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the legal relationship between the User and Fotofacturas, for the provision of the Services and/or the Complementary Services.

Sensitive personal data

In providing the Services, Fotofacturas does not collect sensitive personal data from Users, in accordance with the definition in Article 3, section VI of the Law.

To provide the Service, Fotofacturas may generate the corresponding invoice through the merchant's electronic invoicing portal or, where applicable, may contact the merchant by phone or email.
